Remote Cognitive Training

Bi-weekly coaching calls combined with personalized protocols designed to train the systems beneath cognition. This is for clients who want more than insight — they want structured, measurable improvement.

$397/month
3-month minimum commitment

Requires a wearable device and willingness to follow a structured training process. Best fit for clients serious about measurable cognitive improvement.

What You Get

Remote Cognitive Training combines everything in Monthly Intelligence with bi-weekly coaching and personalized protocol design.

What Coaching Looks Like

Every two weeks, we review your biometrics, cognitive baseline, recovery trends, and real-world performance demands. Each call is used to identify the current bottleneck, adjust your protocol, and set the next measurable target.

Call Structure

What the Protocol Includes

The protocol is not determined in advance. It is determined by the data. Based on your baseline assessment and ongoing biometric signals, we build a personalized approach across four core domains:

Autonomic Regulation

Targets the nervous system patterns that influence recovery, stress tolerance, and attentional steadiness. This domain helps you build greater control over physiological volatility so cognitive performance becomes more stable under real-world demand.

Aerobic and Metabolic Capacity

Supports the energetic foundation beneath sustained focus, learning, and decision-making. This domain improves the physiological conditions that influence endurance, recovery, and cognitive consistency.

Strength and Movement Integrity

Addresses the physical robustness and movement quality that contribute to resilience, recovery capacity, and overall system stability. This domain reinforces the structural foundation beneath high performance.

Cognitive Coordination

Targets attentional control, visual processing, and coordination under load. This domain helps connect underlying physiology to real-world performance demands that require timing, tracking, and task management.

Selection Logic

The value isn't the exercises. It's knowing which lever to pull.

Everyone has access to the same interventions. What most programs can't do is tell you which one matters right now — and why.

Signal Detected
HRV suppressed 3 days Below rolling baseline
Sleep architecture shift Deep sleep declining
RHR elevation Trending upward
MOT score decline Below recent average
System Identified
Autonomic regulation Recovery system under strain
Aerobic capacity Metabolic efficiency
Movement integrity Structural load tolerance
Mechanism
Parasympathetic tone depleted Inhibitory control degrades first
Sympathetic dominance Vigilance intact, recovery lagging
Intervention
Autonomic regulation protocol Controlled breathing + recovery architecture
This Week's Protocol
Autonomic regulation — targeted at inhibition recovery.

Not because it's a general best practice. Because your biometrics identified parasympathetic depletion as the specific constraint degrading your inhibition window this week. Train the bottleneck, not the menu.

What a generic program would prescribe instead
More cardio (not the bottleneck) Heavier strength work (would add strain) General "brain training" (not targeted) Sleep hygiene tips (symptom, not cause)

Most programs train everything and hope something works. GFM reads the constraint and trains the cause.

Sample 90-Day Progression

Month 1: Baseline & Foundation

Establish cognitive baseline with MOT assessment, review wearable data patterns, identify primary constraint. Begin foundational protocols in 1-2 domains most likely to improve performance quickly.

Month 2: Protocol Refinement

Reassess cognitive capacity, review biometric trends, adjust protocols based on early response. Add complexity in secondary domains as primary interventions stabilize.

Month 3: Progress Review

Comprehensive reassessment showing before/after metrics. Evaluate which systems improved most, identify next constraint, set targets for continued training beyond initial 3 months.
